I landed in Barcelona almost two decades ago and fell in love with the city’s charm and the view of the mediterranean sea. In 2015, I opened my own bar close to the beach of... Barceloneta, the historic fisherman “barrio” of the old town. I set up a vegan tapas bar, inspired by traditional Spanish flavors. Being passionate about good wine, I started developing my own recipes of the traditional Spanish cocktail Sangria. With my knowledge and experience, I paired different varieties of wine with proper spices and fruits to bring out the best in each drink.
